This class is a general introduction for using Simulation to perform a number of different types of dynamic simulations. For those who are ready to move past the basic static analysis of the introductory course, we will look at model, harmonic, transient dynamic, and random vibration (PSD) types of analyses. A little bit of theory is covered for each type followed by practical instruction in setting up, solving, and postprocessing. Several hands-on examples provide experience in the techniques learned.
