ANSYS BladeModeler

This ANSYS add-on module is a specialized, accessible tool for modeling rotating machinery components. The BladeModeler software can be used to design axial, radial, and mixed-flow blade components for use in any number of applications.  It can not only create preliminary blade geometry design, but provides the tools necessary for any later design refinements and modifications required.

ANSYS DesignXplorer

Intended to aid engineers in their exploration of the limits and capabilities of their design, ANSYS DesignXplorer provides a report of the relationship between design variables and the performance of the simulated product by using Design of Experiments (DOE) together with Response Surfaces.   This feature encourages the testing of different loads and materials and ensures that the final design will be optimized to the fullest extent possible.

ANSYS Fatigue Module

This module brings to Workbench the ability to simulate the performance of a design experiencing cyclic loading conditions over time.  This in turn allows an analysis of how the product may hold up to anticipated loading over the course of its anticipated life cycle.

ANSYS Rigid Dynamics

This product works with ANSYS Structural, ANSYS Mechanical, or ANSYS Multiphysics software to analyze fully rigid systems with or without joints.  Parts can be converted from rigid to flexible for a more comprehensive rigid-flexible dynamics simulation.
